Guarantee and Grading

Every Clear Cut gemstone is hand picked and cut to exacting standards to ensure maximum value, beauty and brilliance. Clear Cut Gems cuts only natural gems and discloses any treatments such as heating when known. Occasionally a gem will not photograph the same way it appears and it can be difficult to reproduce gem color accurately. Gems are natural stones which will appear to change under different types of lighting. Clear Cut Gems always makes an effort to accurately reproduce each gem photograph to the best of their ability, however please note that gem color can also change depending on the viewers monitor hue and contrast settings.

Clear Cut Gems guarantees your absolute satisfaction. You may return any gemstone within a 5-day inspection period for a full refund, less original shipping charges. No refund will be issued for any items returned damaged or altered in any way.

The grade is listed with each stone. Price is adjusted according to grade.
